Database Services

Do you have prospect or client data stored in card index boxes, business card wallets, Excel spreadsheet and your Outlook contacts lists and would like them built into one central database?
OR
Have you ever wanted to build your own industry specific database but don’t have the time or resources to complete such a task?

Some of the more successful marketing campaigns are a result of well constructed, specifically targeted data building; ZigZag can provide the skills and resource to build structured databases for marketing purposes; using your own information or purchased from GDPR compliant sources – they will be far more industry specific.

Here are some recent examples of completed database work:-

  • A Tanker Vessels database (we collated Vessel and Vessel Owners / Managers information from various web information services) and produced a database of worldwide vessels, their owner and operator information along with associated Vessel Build Dates, next Docking dates, Vessel Tonnage, Type of Carrier, etc., this was built specifically to target tanker owners with an innovative Ballast Water Treatment solution prior to the vessels coming into dock for their 5 year overhaul.
  • A Micro Brewery database – we collated a target list using available directory sources of 900+ UK micro breweries for use on a marketing campaign – this campaign encouraged 54 of those targeted to visit the client’s website and generated 5 new enquiries and of course, the data continued to be used for relevant ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • A register of Accountants and IFA’s based in South Yorkshire – our client (a large midlands based Finance Broker) was opening a new office in Sheffield and wanted a database to introduce themselves to local businesses.  We collated a list of 600+ contacts which generated a good number of new contacts for our client with on-going business potential. We are always happy to work with you to achieve your goals (subject to GDPR compliance), so please do contact us to discuss your specific data needs.
